Kicking off this exciting series on March 5th is our Women in Wine × French Pairing Dinner at the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel with French Flair, where we will celebrate the exceptional women shaping the world of French winemaking. This special evening honors talented female winemakers and owners whose vision and dedication drive excellence, featuring exquisite wines from three distinguished, women-led families: Château Croix de Labrie, Maison Lorgeril and Famille Antech.
Guests will savor six exquisite wines from these producers, thoughtfully paired with a bespoke five-course menu crafted by our chef team. We are also pleased to welcome Olivier Bollenbach, Business Operation Manager of Pastis Group and French Flair, as our special guest speaker. He will share captivating stories, pairing insights, and a deeper look into French wine culture.
